Advertised Vendor times are 9AM - 3PM. You are required to remain at your booth during those times. Please NO early Tear Downs. If you are a food vendor, you have the option to remain open after the cruise, during the awards and the entertainment.
All spots will be a 10 x 10 area, unless otherwise specified. Vendors will need to supply their own tables and/or chairs.
If you have a trailer or need to request earlier set-up times, please specify that in the details. Security will not be available and we are not responsible for lost/stolen equipment/items when setting up earlier.
There will be little shade. It is recommended that you bring a canopy of some sort. . There is no electricity available. Vendors who need electrical will need to bring a generator.
