Vendor Check-in and set-up will be at 8 AM on Saturday, July 8th. If you have a trailer or need to request earlier set-up times, please specify that in the details below. Security will not be available and we are not responsible for lost/stolen equipment/items when setting up earlier.
Advertised Vendor times are 9 AM - 3 PM. You are required to remain at your booth during those times. NO EARLY TEAR DOWN. If you are a food vendor, you have the option to remain open after the cruise, during awards and the concert.
Vendors will be set up outside please note that there will be little shade. It is recommended that you bring a canopy of some sort. There is no electricity available. Vendors who need electrical will need to bring a generator. All spots will be a 10x10 area, unless otherwise specified. Vendors will need to supply their own tables and/or chairs.
